Reference Checks

Please have the contact details for both a personal and a Christian reference ready. This helps us get to know you and your experience better as part of our safe community commitment.

Sign the Policy Acknowledgment

As part of the form, you’ll find a link to our child safety and volunteer policies. Please read these carefully and acknowledge that you have signed off on them.

Criminal Record Check

For the safety of all children and families, Southdale requires a criminal record check with vulnerable sector verification for all volunteers working with minors. Information on how to start this process is included in the application.

Review and Interview

Once your completed form has been received, a member of our leadership team may contact you to discuss your application and next steps for serving.
